Taylor St. Germain (she/hers) is the Deputy Director of Reproductive Equity Now. Taylor joined the organization in February 2022 as the Communications Director, and has since helped pass Massachusetts’s post-Dobbs shield law, the commonwealth’s latest maternal health package, and helped guide the organization’s expansion into New Hampshire and Connecticut. Taylor previously served as Senator Ed Markey’s Press Secretary in Washington DC, and helped lead state-wide communications for the Senator’s successful 2020 re-election campaign.

Justine Hand (she/her) joined Reproductive Equity Now as Chief Development Officer in January 2023 and has helped grow the organization’s work across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. Formerly the Associate Director of Development at Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Justine’s fundraising background also includes extensive non-profit and educational board work. In addition, she spent a number of years in the print and TV media industry, as both a creative editor and producer.
