The MV Film Society, in collaboration with the West Tisbury Library, present a reading by highly acclaimed poets Jorie Graham and Fanny Howe at the MV Film Center in Vineyard Haven. Refreshments will be served. 

Jorie Graham’s many honors include a John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Fellowship and the Morton Dauwen Zabel Award from The American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters.  She is the author of twelve poetry collections, including The Dream of the Unified Field, which was awarded the Pulitzer Prize. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts and teaches at Harvard University.

Fanny Howe has written over twenty books of poetry and prose and has been the recipient of countless awards.

The MV Film Society together with the West Tisbury Library, are extremely honored to be hosting these internationally acclaimed poets.
